Daniela returned with news of her newest venture, an artist residency program with the City of Pensacola. The first of its kind, Daniela and Pensacola Mayor D.C. Reeves are working together to transform urban spaces through thoughtful public art and embedding creative professionals within city government.
“Art is a vehicle to transform a city,” says Daniela. “Art should be made public. Art should say something.”
The program will be focused on community engagement, problem-solving, and enhancing everyday experiences for residents and visitors alike.
