We’re Hiring a Jr. Project Manager

HatchMark Studio is on the hunt to add a junior project manager to our team. This person will work on-site in Pensacola alongside a tight-knit group of diverse creatives. We believe that cultural fit is just as important as talent, so a positive personality and mindset is as important as organizational and communication skills when we add to the crew.

The junior project manager is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day tasks of the agency through the use of project management software and acting as a point of contact for all of our amazing clients. This right project manager will have great attention to detail, both written and verbal communication skills, an affinity for time tracking, and a passion for diligent note taking and spreadsheets.

The ability to decipher client feedback and act as an effective liaison is crucial to help our design team with next steps through every stage of the project. The project manager will lead daily team project status meetings, maintain the team agenda, deliver projects to clients, accompany off-site meetings, and maintain adaptability. (All while maintaining a positive, supportive attitude. Seriously, good energy only.)

Qualifications:

  • Strong Written & Verbal Communication
  • Project Management Software Experience
  • Ability Prioritize and Manage Tasks Efficiently
  • Ability to Handle Constructive Feedback
  • Maintain Adaptability & Flexibility
  • 2+ Years of Relevant Experience Preferred but Not Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field a Plus
  • Marketing Lingo Knowledge

Benefits:

  • Health, dental, vision & life insurance
  • Competitive PTO

Veronique Zayas

Founder//Strategy & Development

Veronique founded HatchMark in 2015 out of the need to scale up or scale back. Since then, she’s been dead-set on building the agency she wants to work at and cultivating a team that’s driven to create and collaborate to support that vision.

Although she started HatchMark as a brand designer, her focus has shifted to leading client strategy and positioning, new business development, and internal growth.

She’s passionate about helping organizations excel, and leaning in to support their growth – whether it’s a startup struggling to differentiate their brand in a crowded industry, or a 100+ year business making the shift to the digital marketing world. Best business advice? People work with people they know, like, and trust. And she’s lucky to be able to do that every day.
