Our prior collaborations with the NeuLine team encompassed everything from brand development to comprehensive marketing strategies. Notably, NeuLine Health is a visionary service that enhances EEG testing by making it more accessible and comfortable for patients through home-based testing solutions.
When the NeuLine team introduced us to their latest offering—NeuLine X—we recognized its transformative potential. This advanced EEG software provides both patients and medical professionals with real-time access to vital data. The result is faster diagnostics, more precise information, and a streamlined experience for technicians. Ultimately, NeuLine X aims to deliver improved patient outcomes through smarter, more efficient neurodiagnostic processes.
Supported by a dedicated and passionate team of neurodiagnostic experts, NeuLine X was perfectly positioned for success in the marketplace. Our challenge was to craft a compelling narrative that clearly and concisely conveyed its numerous benefits to resonate with both healthcare providers and patients alike.
In our initial discussions with the NeuLine team, we recognized that NeuLine X needed to seamlessly integrate within the existing family of NeuLine brands, while still establishing its own distinctive identity.
It was essential for the brand to be strategically positioned to compete effectively in the SaaS space, resonating strongly with a medical professional audience. The branding had to evoke a sense of innovation and cutting-edge technology, clearly conveying that this platform was designed by neurodiagnostic professionals for neurodiagnostic professionals.
Furthermore, we understood that NeuLine X didn’t require a comprehensive brand overhaul. Instead, it would benefit from a streamlined, agile approach—a “mini brand system”—that’s simple, adaptable, and focused, enabling us to bring it to market swiftly and effectively.
Given that this project was designed as a streamlined mini brand system, we approached the messaging with efficiency and clarity. We understood from the start that the product’s primary audience was neurodiagnostic medical professionals, and its value lay in its straightforward, powerful proposition.
To support this, we crafted a comprehensive set of core messages—including a manifesto, mission statement, value proposition, and a variety of marketing headlines. This foundation provided the NeuLine team with everything they needed: a clear guiding vision, a compelling selling angle, and versatile internal and external messaging for brochures, landing pages, and beyond.

The visual identity for NeuLine X needed to strike a delicate balance between a medical and SaaS aesthetic, without leaning too heavily in either direction. Additionally, it had to seamlessly integrate within the existing NeuLine brand system established for NeuLine Health, ensuring consistency while allowing NeuLine X to stand out as its own unique entity. Users should recognize NeuLine X and instantly see it as innovative and distinguished.
To achieve this, we crafted a custom logo system, curated a distinctive color palette, and designed unique patterns that collectively bring the brand to life visually, capturing both its professionalism and forward-thinking spirit.
Logo
The logo was a fully modular system that gave the team an abundance of options ranging from a full horizontal logo to a simple icon. The word “NeuLine” used the established, familiar brand colors and fonts while the “X” was a completely new introduction, sporting a soft gradient to symbolize a change in the industry and to be particularly eye-catching.
Color Palette
The color selection for NeuLine X was a collection of bold, energetic hues from purples and blues into our secondary yellows and green to round out the entire system. Lastly, a custom gradient explores an entire, smooth transition between the primary colors for a truly distinct and unique look.
Patterns + Iconography
For any brand’s visual system, custom patterns are a tremendous way to add texture and brand recognition to anything from printed collateral to digital ads.
For NeuLine X, we put together a one-of-a-kind pattern featuring repeating “X” logos from the brand that can be used to fill space and make designs more dynamic, reinforcing the brand all along the way. For a second option, we added geometric patterns that instantly add depth to any design piece. We rounded out the visual system with custom, geometric iconography for bulleted information and data visualization.
In-Use
NeuLine X was envisioned as a versatile brand deployable across multiple platforms and mediums. To ensure consistency and impact, we provided the client with a comprehensive set of examples illustrating how the brand would come to life in various contexts.
We began with stationery essentials—designing a complete business suite, including a polished letterhead and striking business cards—creating a strong foundation for the new company.
Next, we extended our work into digital applications, showcasing how NeuLine X would visually unfold across social media channels and landing pages, helping the team envision its digital presence.
Most importantly, we recognized that the primary launch of NeuLine X would be on their software platform. This required the brand to be seamlessly integrated into the product itself. We collaborated closely with the client and their development team to craft a skin that visually and functionally embodied NeuLine X, ensuring an unmistakable presence within the software and reinforcing its innovative identity.
