Brand Partnership Opportunity for Pensacola Non-Profits
Each summer, The Hatchery pairs HatchMark Studio’s interns with a local organization for a fully immersive brand project.
For Summer 2026, that partnership will support a Pensacola-based non-profit. Together, we will develop a complete brand system from the ground up, guided by the HatchMark team and shaped through close, in-person collaboration.

A Community-Driven Brand Partnership
The Hatchery is built on the belief that real experience and real impact should happen together.
One non-profit organization will be selected to work alongside our interns as they move through a structured branding process that mirrors our agency work. From early discovery to final delivery, the organization remains actively involved in shaping a brand designed to support its mission and future growth.
What Your Organization Will Receive
The selected Hatchery partner will receive a complete, agency-level brand system developed from the ground up. This work is fully customized and created through collaboration, not templates or shortcuts.

This is a hands-on, collaborative experience built around real conversations and shared decision-making.
Your organization will work directly with a small team of interns who lead the day-to-day work. Throughout the process, HatchMark Studio provides strategic direction, creative oversight, and quality control to ensure the final brand meets agency standards.
This is not a set-it-and-forget-it project. Engagement and participation are essential to success.

A Look at Our First Hatchery Brand
The first Hatchery-led brand system was developed for Vista TechWerx.
That project reflects what is possible when interns, agency leadership, and a committed organization work together. It serves as a real-world example of the level of strategy, design, and care that defines The Hatchery.
The Hatchery exists to bridge education and real-world experience.
By partnering with local non-profits, we are able to provide interns with meaningful, hands-on work while supporting organizations that make a difference in our community. This program allows us to invest in people, ideas, and causes right here in Pensacola.
Summer 2026 marks the second year of The Hatchery, building on the momentum and success of our first internship-led brand partnership.
One non-profit organization will be selected to partner with The Hatchery for Summer 2026.
